move data from charged licence to FOC Accountant licence

Will it be possible to move data from the charged licence to Free of charged Accountant licence, in the event accountant has purchased a chargeable licence?

Import into Existing folders

When importing add the ability to be able to update info on existing folder like overwrite instead of creating new folders

instead of it creating new folders in SFA, can they be added to pre-existing instead to reduce having to re-organize the individuals into Client folders
