Subtasks on Tasks

On tasks, it would be helpful to have subtasks that can be checked off.You can currently enter details, manually adjusting the text as subtasks are completed, but it would be much easier to have checkboxes

Client Communication

It would be useful for us to be able to make a request, for example asking a client to send or input an invoice, and the client receive a notification and be able to action the request. Thanks
