On tasks, it would be helpful to have subtasks that can be checked off. You can currently enter details, manually adjusting the text as subtasks are completed, but it would be much easier to have checkboxes
We have Job Management in development as we speak. This allows you to "group" a series of task as part of one workflow/job, and duplicate that across clients.
We're aiming to deliver this around March next year.
