From April 2025 employers need to make employers pension contributions for employees on maternity leave, equal to that which they received prior to maternity leave regardless as to what their gross pay is. For SMART pension contributions SAGE cloud is not compliant in this aspect. We need an update to allow an employers pension override for an individual employee every month.
